Notice of Accommodation Damage Conditions Please note that by booking this accommodation, you agree to the following Accommodation Damage Conditions: You must keep the Accommodation and its contents, including all furniture, electronic equipment, equipment, fixtures, fittings and effects in the Accommodation, in the same state of repair as at the start of your stay, and you must leave the Accommodation in the same clean and generally tidy condition as when you arrived. You are also responsible for the safekeeping of the Accommodation and its contents and must therefore remember, among other things, to lock all doors and windows and ensure that the Accommodation is secure on departure. You will be responsible for reimbursing the Accommodation for all damage, breakages or losses caused to the Accommodation by you or other guests. When breakage, damage or loss occurs, you must inform the Accommodation directly (as soon as possible, but always before check-out) and ask the Accommodation to initiate a claim through this platform, indicating your booking number. The Partners may request a damage charge from you for any damage, breakage or loss to the Accommodation and its contents (as defined above) up to 14 days after the end of your stay. The Accommodation will initiate a claim. Once completed we will communicate the claim to you, for your comments, or indicate whether you agree or disagree: If you agree to the claim, we will charge you the agreed amount, after providing your payment details and giving your consent, we may charge you the agreed Damage Charges. If you reject a claim and we consider your decision to be valid, we will close the claim and you will not be charged any Damage Charges. This Damage Policy does not include: general cleaning, normal wear and tear, theft of cash and valuables, and non-physical damage such as fines for smoking and breaking house rules, any kind of bodily injury or material damage to your (and your Client/s) personal belongings, any kind of criminal activity, secondary/consequential loss, third party liability, for which the Accommodation may seek Damage Charges outside the scope of these Damage Terms. It also does not cover damages that may be caused by force majeure.
