We want you to enjoy your stay, however certain rules must be followed at all times.
RULES
- No parties or events are allowed
- Pets are not allowed
- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 9am.
- Smoking is not allowed in the building or in the flat.
-No illegal streaming on the internet.
- Additional guests must be approved before they can stay
- No towels or clothes can be hung on the balconies. You will have a drying rack in the flat.
- In case you bring a surfboard, pram, bicycle or similar, please inform us beforehand.
In case of violation of any of these rules, we reserve the right to contact the local authorities and collect your damage deposit.
DEPOSIT
Once the reservation is made, a refundable deposit of €250 will be requested from Homely Tenerife.
